Step 3: Sign in or create a Hotmail or Windows Live Account
Step 4: Register Your Windows Account for The Bing Rewards Program
Step 5: Do about 6-10 searches on The Bing Search Engine
Step 6: Log on to your Hotmail or Windows Live Account (EMAIL ADDRESS)
Step 7: Open up the Email and Read About the Bing Rewards Program!
